Centennial is the north-central neighbourhood where the city's architectural range is easiest to read on foot. The houses are mainly single-detached in a real variety of styles, from century homes up to roughly 1980, most of them on fairly generous lots, with townhome complexes among them and newer condominium and townhome development at the southeast end.
